You had come highly recommended, and, you exceeded my expectations! Your company is totally committed to the project from design through execution to follow-up, your approach in design was thematic and you listened to the customer's input, you were extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of plants and trees in the Sarasota climate, your team executed flawlessly on the design, and Critter Ridge provided outstanding follow up after the yard was completed. This combination provided an exceptional level of service.

I also thought that the value was very reasonable given the level of comprehensive service provided. I was also impressed by your personal attention to detail throughout the process. The design process was thorough and inclusive. I felt that you listened to our vision and you provided a design to achieve this. You were also flexible to our input as we worked through the iterative design process. The execution of the design was flawless. I was particularly impressed with the quality and experience of your employees as well as your subcontractors. The subcontractors shared the same commitment to quality work that your team does. I was on site during most of the work and was impressed with everyone who worked on the project—all exhibited a cheerful, can-do attitude and had a commitment to getting the job done right and to the satisfaction of the customer. In the middle of the project, we decided that we needed some unplanned tree trimming and your team was able to get your subcontractor over that afternoon so it was all completed at the same time as the overall project. Finally, after the project was completed, your team has provided outstanding follow up to ensure that everything is doing well.

All in all, this was an outstanding experience for us and we appreciate both the beautiful finished product and the satisfying experience of working with you, your crew and subcontractors.
