I thank my neighbor Jack Cannon for recommending you to me to design and install the landscaping and irrigation/well for our new home. From the day I met Steve Neilsen, I knew I was in good hands. Joey from the Irrigation Company and Harry from the Well Contractor were both very efficient and dedicated subcontractors. Jimmy and his staff were a very competent for the installation. Lynn is great for the administrative department and Rhonda really knows her"stuff" for the post installation punch out and start up. All of their work was excellent and they are great communicators! After the installation was complete, we stood back to admire your work and we were most pleased as evidenced by the fact that we have commissioned Steve to do additional work. Scott Burnett showed up today for the first weekly maintenance and we can see why you recommended him. Very thorough and professional in the "Critter Ridge" style of attacking a project. My family and I recently moved to Sarasota and soon thereafter began the search for an established landscaping company to give our Lido Key property a much-needed 'facelift'. Thru an act of faith, we found such a company in the form of Critter Ridge Landscaping headed up by Steve Nielsen. From the onset, Steve put us at ease. Once the plans were in our hands, Steve simply laid out the steps that would take place, a projected cost and completion date. All that was promised was produced. The daily work crew, headed by project manager, Jim, could not have been more professional. The job was completed on budget, on time and absolutely re-transformed the property. Even after the project was completed, Critter Ridge, overseen by Rhonda, stay in contact to make sure we have no concerns and even have replaced a plant or two when required at no cost. Simply put, Critter Ridge stays around after the project is completed and the check cashed. Never have I not had a call or e-mail returned in a timely manner. As such, we highly recommend Critter Ridge to anyone looking for a landscaping company that will be with you before, during and after the job is complete. I don't know if this is the best landscaping company in town, I just know that we think they are.
